Chicken Strip Wrap

Do you wish to have a new face for your burger menu? Using the same ingredient but change its “cover” from burger bun to tortilla wrap. It could be an innovative menu for your customers. Not to forget to add in AJI-SHIO^® Flavoured Pepper and Black Pepper to give your wrap extra “SHIOKK”.

Ingredients

Cooking Oil	Enough
Chicken Burger Patty	1 pcs
AJI-SHIO^® Flavoured Pepper	6 shakes
Tortilla Wrap	1 sheet
Mayonnaise	Enough
Lettuce (or shredded cabbage/ rocket lettuce – optional)	1 pcs
Yellow Onion, thinly sliced	15 g
Tomato, diced	20 g
AJI-SHIO^® Flavoured Black Pepper	2 shakes
Chili Sauce	Enough

Method

Heat the cooking oil. Grill burger patty over medium heat until cooked through. Shake AJI-SHIO^® Flavoured Pepper 3 times on both sides of patty during cooking. Cut into strips and keep aside.
Heat up the tortilla wrap on both sides.
On the tortilla wrap, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, burger patty, yellow onion, tomato then pipe mayonnaise, chili sauce and top with 2 shakes of AJI-SHIO^® Flavoured Black Pepper. Final step, wrap it.
