- Marinate chicken with ¼ cup / 30 g SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour Original for 30 minutes. Set it aside.
- Dissolve 400 gm SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour Original, with 300ml water. Add the chicken and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix 200 gm of SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour Original with 200 gm of rice flour. Coat the chicken with the flour mixture.
- Deep fry until golden and cook through.
