- Add in water, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, kaffir lime leaf and coriander leaf root into a pot and let it boil.
- Add in Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Soup Seasoning 72g and stir well.
- Then add in Thai chili paste, fresh water prawn, squid, chicken meat, coriander leaf and let it cook.
- Add in all mushrooms, fish sauce and lime juice. Stir well.
- Turn down the heat, pour in evaporated milk and keep stirring.
- Ready to serve.
