Masak Tempoyak’ Silver Catfish

Sardine, bone removed and cleaned	1 kg
Tapioca Flour	1½ cup
Baking Powder	2 tsp
AJI-NO-MOTO®	½ tsp
Seri-Aji® Black Pepper Seasoning 38g	1 packet
Cooking Oil	3 tbsp

Methods

Finely grind the fish meat.
Mix well the grinded fish meat with tapioca flour and baking powder.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and Seri-Aji® Black Pepper Seasoning 38g. Knead until well combined.
Divide the dough into 25-30 parts and roll into an elongated cylindrical shape.
Boil water in a pan, add cooking oil and boil the lekor until soft. Set aside and let it cool.
Slice diagonally and fry until crispy.
Ready to be served.
