- Mix well roasted white urid dhal flour, rice flour, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, curry powder, chili powder and cumin.
- Add ghee and coconut milk and knead until the mixture becomes a dough.
- Insert the star maruku mould and grease the maruku mold. Stuff in the dough into the muruku mold. Press and turn the muruku dough to release the dough on the baking paper and turn to make a round circle shape.
- Heat the oil in a wok using medium heat then add the curry leaves and muruku. Deep fry until golden, remove and toss the oil.
- Ready to serve.
