Snail Cookies - Ajinomoto

Ingredients

Wheat Flour	250 g
Dried Shrimp, soaked, drained and finely pounded	1 tbsp
Curry Powder	½ tbsp
Chili Powder	½ tbsp
Fennel Powder	½ tbsp
Cumin Powder	½ tbsp
Curry Leaf, thinly sliced	3 strings
AJI-NO-MOTO^® PLUS	¼ tsp
Salt	1 tsp
Margarine	100 g
Water	170 ml

Method

Mix all ingredients with AJI-NO-MOTO^® PLUS except water.
Add water gradually and knead until the dough is soft.
Take a small amount of dough, about ½ teaspoon, and press it onto snail cookies mould board, press and roll. Repeat until the dough is done.
Heat cooking oil using medium heat in a pan. Add the cookies and fry until golden. Once cooked, remove and drain.
Ready to serve.
