- Prepare a baking mould and line it with baking paper. Keep aside.
- Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until the eggs are fluffy.
- Mix all the other ingredients together with Seri-Aji® Banana Fritter Flour except for the sliced banana.
- Put the mixture into the baking mould and arrange the banana slices on top.
- Preheat the oven to 170˚C. Pour the banana cake mix in the mould and bake for 40 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
