- Season tenggiri fish with AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS, salt, white pepper powder and light soy sauce.
- Add in tapioca flour, mix well then put in a food processor and grind.
- Pour ice water and continue grinding for 20 minutes.
- Stuff the paste into the slit cut lady finger, eggplant, hard tofu, red chili and green chili, bittergourd and tofu pok.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with hot plain soup.
